FAQ

Q: Check in check out times?

A: Check in time is 14:00hrs however you can check in earlier(not before 10:00hrs) and leave your luggage until your room is ready.Check out time is 10:00hrs you may leave your luggage until departure.

Q: Do you offer late check-out?

A: Yes Subject to availability (this cannot be guaranteed) a small fee of £10.00 is required.

Q: Your latest check-in time is 23:00hrs what if we are running late?
A: If you are going to arrive after this time it would be courteous of you to telephone us and make us aware that you are still coming.

Q: Do you have disabled access?

A: Sorry we do not have any ground floor bedrooms and no lift.If you are able to manage stairs hand rails are there to help you and a full description of our disabled access can be found on our website along with details for hire of wheelchairs/mobility scooters around Blackpool.

Q: Do you have a lift at the B&B?

A: Sorry we do not have a lift, however we do assist in carrying your luggage if needed.

Q: Do you take stag and hen parties?
A: No we cater for families and couples we do welcome family groups though.

Q; Do you charge any damage fees?

A; If during your stay or on departure it is found that damage has been done to the room which you have booked with a valid debit/cc we reserve the right to make a claim for this. A min fee of £50 up to £400 could be charged a mattress is very expensive. 

Q: Is there a child restriction age?
A: Children only over 8 years old.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes. Sorry we do not make provisional bookings a deposit of £20.00 per adult is required by debit/cc to secure a reservation.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Deposit’s are not refundable and non deductible from any balance due to non arrival of guest.It is also recommended to take holiday insurance to cover any loss of expense.

Q: How is my booking confirmed?

A: The booking is confirmed by email within 24hrs we ask that if you have not received it within that time you contact us.Confirmation can also be sent via post/fax.

Q: How do I pay the balance?
A: The balance is payable on arrival.



Q: Do you have parking?
A: We do not have our own parking. However street parking is available on a first come first served basis.There is a pay and display 2min walk away the cost is £7.00 24hrs.Guests are also offered a secure lock-up facility at time of booking 10 min walk away.

Q: How far are you from the trains stations?
A: The main station for Blackpool is North shore 25min walk or £7.00 taxi fare. Blackpool Pleasure Beach 15min walk £5.00. South Shore station 10 min walk.

Q: How far are you from the coach stations?
A: The main station is Central Car Park walking distance 10min. Taxi £6.00

Q: Are you close to Blackpool Airport?
A: A taxi journey would cost around £7.00.

Q: Are you close to Blackpool football ground?
A: We are a 2 min walk away from Bloomfield  Road Blackpool football club.

Q: How far are you to the Tower?
A: 15 min stroll to Blackpool Tower.

Q: How far are you from Sandcastle Water Park?
A: We are 10 min stroll to the Sandcastle.

Q: How far are you to the Pleasure Beach?
A: We are 15 min stroll to the Pleasure Beach.

Q: How far are you from the Winter Gardens?
A: We are 15 min walk to the Winter Gardens.

Q How far are you to the promenade and beach?
A: We are just over 100 meters.

Q: Is public transport frequent from your street?

A:There’s a regular tram and bus service from either end of St Chads Road a taxi can also be arranged from the Hotel.

Q: Do you have late bar?
A: We open the bar from 14:00hrs and we close between 22:30hrs and 23:00hrs if know one is around, however if guests are in the bar between this time we will stay open longer.

Q: Do you allow non residents into the bar?
A: Sorry the answer to this is no due to insurance reasons and we do not allow friends or relatives upstairs into the rooms.

Q: Do you have WiFi in the B&B?
A; Yes our WiFi is free of charge.
